    My mistake. LTD apparently collects taxes from most of lane county but it is handled by the state.     I'm also opposed to greater government influence. However, I think as long as we are forced to pay for social services, they should be prioritized to first deal with immediate dangers to the public health. If they didn't want to quarantine this guy and just have him not go to work then he should be compensated. How is the government taking weeks of
