Vandygirl is correct in the fact that there are so many irresponsible pet owners which impact everyone after them although in fairness people should not be put in a barrel when it comes to pets and/or responsibility. There are just as many pet owners that are responsible that should not have to suffer the effects of those that came before them. ...
