    This is one problem that can actually be solved, IF people would just do the right thing! If everyone had their pets altered, there would NOT be any unwanted puppies/kittens.&nbsp; There WOULD be homes for all pets.&nbsp; One teenager collected pop cans and did odd jobs to get enough money to get a colony of cats altered.&nbsp; She tamed and ...
