I think you're pretty close, but I think the owners need to carry insurance to cover any damages caused by this ''bear trap with four legs''. It's hard to recoup any losses from lowlifes who are drawn to this breed. Not saying all owners are lowlifes. Just my thoughts.

Horsey, I'm with you 100% on this. I'm a dog lover, but the Pit is a dangerous breed. And they somehow end up being owned by quite a few people who have nothing to lose if the dog harms someone or something else. I shall refer to those owners as ''lowlifes''. The responsible owners probably have little or no trouble with their Pit Bulls. So ...
