Don't move there!!I have lived here for 6 months,and it is bad!!!I have only 6 more months to go,thank god!!The management is pure lazy,and when you need her she is not in her office. I have a maintenance request that is 3 months old,and nothing has been fixed!! She is very unprofessional!!I have heard her gossiping about most the tennants and their personal info!!Everything in my apartment  is or has fallen apart. The management shows favortism towards some of her tennants!!It seems she will look past some peoples ill doings. She will have their stuff fixed promptly,and you goto her office and when she is there she is gossiping with those particular tennants. If you have kids,then this isn't the place for you!!I have seen her chase certain kids out of the playground,while the others can stay and play!!!

you know i lived at jenna for 3 months,and I agree with almost everything you said!!!the management runs a popularity contest there!!I have seen 2 or so managers come through here!!These management now is no better!!They are a bunch of *** talkers!!!Everything in my apartment is put together poorly. The kids in the apartment are savages. The manager lets just anyone move in!!All the good people are moving out,and the bad people is moving in!!!The cops are always being called,and cars are always being broken into!!My neighbor keeps asking me if I smoke weed!!!It is just bad so I am moving!!!

I also agree with what you have to say about Jenna Village Apartments.  I lived there for a whole year.  My son went through 3 bicycles that were stolen off of our back patio, our cars were broken into numerous times, and management is rude.  Just a word of caution:  If you have a toddler potty training, make sure they make it to the bathroom and not have an accident on the floor.  They tried to charge me 600.00 to have the carpet replaced because my daughter had a couple accidents on the way to the bathroom. I told them that they should charge a potty training deposit just like they did for pets, they dropped the charges, lol.  Also, when you move out, make sure a manager does a walk-through with you in person to make sure you are not charged for damage to the apartment that is not there.  I moved out on a weekend and they said there was nobody available to do a walk-through.  I ended up trusting them and got a bill for 1700.00 worth of damage that was not true.  Get out while you can...They are money hungry pirates looking to screw you over. 

Yeah those aprtments re run by slumlord managers,and lazy maintenance workers!!
