I will tell you that just because you suggest something doesn't mean that it will for sure be covered by the news team. Also they get a lot of email every day, so if you email if may be lost. That is why we have this forum in the Your Corner Forums, so that Your Corner members don't get their ideas lost in the everyday shuffle.
