&lt;P&gt;Ouch.&amp;nbsp; I'm sorry you thought I was referring to Eugene as "the city".&amp;nbsp; I assure you, with all honesty, that I wasn't.&amp;nbsp; If you look at my Local Buzz blog post, I referred to the Mayor's speech as "&lt;A HREF="/blogs/local_buzz/archive/2007/01/04/1195819.aspx"&gt;State of the City: Eugene&lt;/A&gt;".&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This forum post is actually inside Townhalls &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Eugene.&amp;nbsp; If you look at the top of the page you can see that.&amp;nbsp; I can see how the mistake could have been made though, since we are now showing the most active forums on the KMTR.com front page, and it just shows the title of the post and not which forum it's posted in.&lt;/P&gt;
