It seems like our military knew what needed to be done, but once again the people in Washington got in the way. The most telling part is when they showed how American planned for two years about how we would set up Japan once we took over. For Iraq we gave our planners 60 days.

I encourage you to watch this movie and let us all know what you think.
Puerto Vallarta Squeeze

Fun little bit of local information. The movie "Puerto Vallarta Squeeze" which was produced by local media company Chambers Communications is now available as part of the Netflix Watch Instantly. So if you are a Netflix subscriber you can watch the movie on your computer, or Roku box.
Free Tickets to see Speed Racer

Right now speed down to either the Springfield or Eugene Elite Car Bath

I can record to the DVD from the TV or my Camcorder. Have done both. Put those DVD's in the machine and they play just fine. What I'm finding, however, is that my recorded discs won't play on anyone ELSES machine! (at least, I haven't found one yet).

I have been using DVD-R discs. Is this the problem? Is there something else I can do to get this critter to record for other machines?

(fortunately, that machine also records good-ole VHS and have resorted to that when recording. But it sure would be nice to get the stupid DVD happening)
