No improvemnets to the&amp;nbsp;interchancge have been made during that time and just getting from one highway to the other is very risky business. I believe tha the single most important factor to make this very dangerous interchange safer would be to prohibit any further commercial development until the construction of &lt;U&gt;safe&lt;/U&gt; on and off ramps is completed.
