Exactly, it's as you say: "Redcity8" I know these people and the dog and what actually happened is that they had someone over who opened a window, not knowing that the dog jumps out of them when he sees another dog. I forgot to mention that. So now the owners make sure that they tell people AND have a sign up letting everyone know that the windows have to be closed, but obviously it's too late now. Anyway things are looking "okay" and they may get their dog back. And obviously if they do, a thing like this will never happen again. They don't pay any attention to all of the people who don't like Pit Bulls or who are ignorant of the breed. They just want their dog back. It's really hard to leave that concrete kennel when they have to say goodbye, but they do visit everyday they can even though it's torturous because their dog whimpers and wonders why they are leaving him there when they have to go.
