As I mom, I wonder who is raising her kids?  Will her 17 year old be raising 2 babies?  One of which has special needs?  That bothers me.  I don't care who you are, teenagers are not prepared or ready for that!   What bothers me even more is when she was talking about how proud she was of her son who was being deployed on the 11th to go fight this war, she actually seemed excited about it...  While I would be extremely proud of my son or daughter for making the decision to enlist, I could never be excited about it. That is very concerning to me.  It seemed very easy for her to send her own son to war, so it's going to be really easy sending total strangers..... 

So far, I am very unimpressed by Sarah Palin.  I am excited to hear her speak tonight. 

Granted, she was president of the PTA! -that's no easy task!
