Well you can thank the great City of Eugene..they forced that issue..and as far as transport time..durring certian times of the day it is acualy faster due to all freeway travel time. do I thik that River Bend is overkill..ohhh yea! but the campus ER will stay open. they arent sure on transport issues yet, but it is still new..but the trama center in the new one is a top level facility..nice to know.

and as far as the communication issues..that doesnt have anythign to do with Peace Health. tell the city to get better stuff.
