More troops, big mistake. The people of that region are so violent, so wrapped up in their crazy religion, that I say that the entire area and all its people are not worth our effort to help them in any way. The entire region is not worth one dead American. Not to belittle our heroic troops who are following orders. The solution is to pull out lock stock and barrel, then issue an ultimatum to the Arab Muslim world: We leave you alone with peace, justice and fairness, you leave us alone world wide. Any hostile act, bombing, or attack on our troops or facilities anywhere in the world by Arab terrorists will immediately trigger a total nuclear retaliation on every Arab Muslim state that is known to be hostile to the US. Enough of this Muslim bombing terrorist attack crap. The outrageous and unbelievable way that the Arab Muslims treat each other with bombings of unsuspecting innocent people including women and children, tearing flesh from bone, blowing heads and guts all over streets and walls is so barbaric that those Arab Muslim people deserve absolutely no respect or quarter from the rest of the world.

We can not go back in time to redo Bushs' Blunder of attacking Iraq in the first place but there is no sense in throwing more billions and more lives into Iraq. This is a world wide war between Muslims and non Muslims and Iraq is the wrong place to make a stand, the front line is already on our own borders and in our own cities.

Muslims are the aggressors claiming their religion gives them the right to kill "infidels". Their main tactic is migrate, overpopulate, take over and impose Muslim law, and it is working very well in many countries. The front line is not Iraq but right in our own country with our ridiculous open borders. We have already been infiltrated with enough enemy to absolutely shut down our country with a few hundred well placed conventional explosives. Bushs' legacy may well be the President who destroyed America by ignoring the home front.
