When you kick a rock, no telling what will crawl out

Received a letter from the Governor of Oregon regarding their investigation into our complaint against how Oregon manages and oversees Federal Housing Funds.  The short version is they concurred with Lane County’s hearings.  This means that Governor Kulongoski  of Oregon is on record condoning the use of fraudulent documents to remove a disabled person from a Federal Housing Program.  We will be using this information in our next foray in Federal Court.  First order of business will be to have it heard in a California Federal Court based on the fact that the State of Oregon is not properly appointing lawyers as Federal Law allows for in this case.  Also, Governor Kulongoski is on record asking that Oregon Bar Association lawyers should contribute to an Oregon Community Foundation fund, clearly showing ties to the Oregon Community Foundation. Victor Merced, aka Victor Merced Morales Flores y Jimenez, Director of Oregon Housing and Community Services, is also a member of the same ALF Senior Fellows Leadership organization that has members http://www.alfo.org/people/?PHPSESSID=5e41b01e62a3b1f5f3378806dcd3ba8c      Faye Hills Stewart, Bobby Green, Greg Chaillé Oregon Community Foundation.
