    Buying a new vehicle

Careful of all deals!! Gauranty in JUnction city sold me a car, we signed papers, was to return 2 days later with down payment and full coverage insurance.  morning about 30 minutes before we were to go salesman phoned and announced that my car had been sold to some one else but they would be glad to help us into a different one and that they had a few others that were a bit more but would work for us.  After we declined. and were extremely angry a day later we started recieving letters from numerous comapnaies stating that we were declined for the Auto loan.  a week now has passed receiving about 4 decline letters daily.  when we called Gaurantey they said that they'd still finance us with all origanal finance companies and doesnt understand why were getting the letters.  Yesterday the manager phoned us asking us if we'd like to come out and see if theres something else he could help us with excluding the origanol car and excluding help on prcedures to remove said declines from our credot reports.

Yikes!  This doesn't sound pretty, misgoodwrench.

You signed papers on a rig.  Before you could get insurance and finance particulars hammered out and back to them...2 days later... they sold YOUR car out from under you?  Then once you HAD a loan OKed to buy the original vehicle, you start getting cancelation notices and the dings against your credit history with the car sale rendered invalid by the actions of the dealer?  Gotta admit, seems to me that there could be something illegal going on here.  If nothing else, maybe you have recourse in the courts on being treated like this (if I understand correctly). Confused

I agree with Badgerrr. You don't need a new board. You need an attorney!
