Looks like there's 2 Measures on the upcoming ballot.  Measure 50 is a no brainer - NO !

But Measure 49 has me on the fence.

I don't like Government pushing people around on their own land.  (Hear that Springfield!!!!! Hint - Hint!!!)  And Government certainly should be carefully watched on issues of actually taking private property.

But the threat of turning the entire Willamette Valley into a nasty snarl of Rurburbia is certainly worthy of our concern.
