Why are all them little arrows in the bike lanes pointing the wrong way? (Was the City of Springfield tasked with deciding which way them little arrows would point? Looks like their handiwork, I must admit.)
Recall in my youth, there were public service ads on the TV telling bike riders to be safe and ride AGAINST the flow of traffic. It was quite a common ad. I was a young bike rider at the time and did lots of thinking about what they said. By golly - they were right. It made biking much safer than the way I was doing it.
Now we have real bike paths with directional arrows pointed the wrong way.
What's up with this?
An ascendant man, living in a degenerate age, MUST, by definition, live in contradistinction to his times.
