Two local school districts are mourning the loss of special people.  In Oakridge, the death of a popular boy, who drowned during a trip to the Oregon coast this past weekend.  The second tragedy, a school counselor who died in a house fire, has closed all schools in the Sutherlin district.

Tonight, on KMTR NewsSource 16, we will have further information on both tragedies.

We will also be looking at new plans for Eugene City Hall that come out today.  They will show what the headquarters could look like, but also what the functions of the place will be, as well as how it will conserve energy.
