Want a House for a Wedding Present?

How many toasters can one couple get?  That's the joke about wedding presents right?  There are too many toasters, maybe a crystal vase that only sees the light of day when Aunt Marge comes over for Christmas.

Now not all wedding presents are terrible, and most couples are walking around their local department store scanning this stuff, so they are asking for it.  But is there a better way?  Is there something that the wedding party can give, as a community, which will last the couple a lifetime?  One local realtor thinks so.

Ardyn Reyes Wolfe has set up a system in which the guests contribute to a fund that will help the newlyweds on a down payment on a house. KMTR NewsSource 16's own Keli Warner and Nohelani Graf spoke with them today.  WATCH THE VIDEO NOW.
